Use these icons (or buttons) to initiate certain features

IM Window Options Toolbar

note:  toolbar functions are duplicated on the 'actions' menu - you may turn the toolbar on and off under the 'settings' menu

pal profile
click this icon to view a users pal profile

a browser window opens and displays the users 'pal profile' information

add pal
adds this user to your 'pal list'

note:  to block a pal, select 'block pal' from the 'actions' menu - to unblock a previously blocked pal, select 'unblock pal' from the 'actions' menu

send file
click this icon to initiate a file transfer to the person you have selected

click this icon to open an instant / private voice and video chat room with this person
